Pendleton’s IN THEIR ELEMENT wool blanket comes in robe size—the preferred ceremonial size of Native Americans for wrapping themselves during rites of passage, prayer, and healing ceremonies, symbolizing protection, honor, and spiritual connection. Expertly loomed, dyed and woven of pure virgin wool in Pendleton’s Oregon mill, in a double-sided design for two different looks.

This collector’s blanket is part of the Legendary Collection and is based on a watercolor painting by Joe Toledo. The design is dedicated to the three spiritual elements: Earth, Air, and Water. A herd of bison grazes on the land, representing prosperity and protection. Behind them, a mountain range rises, its snow-covered peaks carrying life-giving water. Towering eagle feathers reach toward the sky, uniting the three elements in harmony.
