Samurai Jeans 15oz Katana Selvedge Back Satin Work Cap – Olive

Samurai Jeans applies its unmistakable workwear philosophy to a timeless accessory. The SJ201WC-52BP Work Cap draws inspiration from vintage American A-3 mechanic caps and combines that classic design with Samurai’s original 15oz Katana Selvedge Heavy Back Satin fabric.

This dense 15oz back satin delivers a sturdy hand and textured surface typical of durable military and workwear fabrics. Over time, the olive fabric will gradually soften and develop visible fading and characteristic wear marks (当たり Atari), giving the cap a unique, lived-in character.

The cap features a classic 6-panel construction for a comfortable fit and authentic vintage silhouette. A distinctive detail are the outer utility loops, inspired by original mechanic caps where they were used to hold pencils or small tools for quick access while working. At the back, an adjustable custom steel button fastener allows easy size adjustment while adding an industrial touch.

Like Samurai’s renowned denim, this cap is designed to age beautifully and gain character with every wear.
